Teaching Mastering Your Mind

For each Life Hack, you’ll find Teacher Notes, PowerPoints, activities and supporting resources to help you bring the lessons to life.

The resources give you the structure, but the real impact comes from the conversations you create around them - helping pupils think, question, discuss and connect the ideas to their own lives. The aim is much bigger than simply completing a lesson. We want young people to leave with practical life skills they can use at school, at home, in relationships and long after they have left the classroom.

Your role is to help turn the Life Hacks from ideas on a page into skills they can carry with them for life
